Reflecting on my childhood, I recalled my love for sweets, particularly cookies. Not any typical ones, but tapioca cookies. In Vietnamese, these are called bánh phục linh.

Some of my fondest memories involve making these with my family and enjoying them afterwards. These colorful cookies are delicate and require careful handling, but once molded, they transform into intricate, beautiful shapes which I was inspired by. For me, they symbolize that sometimes wonderful things take time and care, even if they feel fragile along the way.
